I was privileged to be the facilitator at a Strategic Planning Retreat for an

organization in Ohio recently (Friday and Saturday). 

Here are a few of the comments I received after the retreat concluded: 

• I would recommend Keith because of the unique skill sets he brings to the planning process.  He is a Christian, a scholar, and a good, practical  businessman…and a true gentleman.
• Good job at keeping on task and on time.  Realistic.
• I thought Keith kept us pretty much “on task” and no individual felt the least bit intimidated as sometimes happens in these sessions.
• Keith planned some variety in what the group did to lay out goals and make a work plan.
• Sticks to the subject.  Keeps it moving.  Allows the process to develop its own personality.  Excellent in consolidating/summarizing topics and issues.  Invites broad participation.
• Kept us “on track,” but allowed discussion.  Made helpful comments; provided relevant anecdotes.  Gave “gentle nudging” when needed.  Provided a clear explanation of tasks and clarified as necessary.
